Composite Autoclave
Composite autoclave is mainly used for the metal/nonmetal composite bonding structure and high strength carbon fiber, glass fiber, boron fiber, aramid fiber and composite materials’ (such as polyimide, bismaleimide, epoxy resin and thermoplastic resin matrix, etc.) hot pressing and curing, it is the key equipment which manufacturing composite materials products.
SINOMAC composite autoclave has excellent structure and operation performance, the reliability and the precision of the cycles which can be obtained with it, ensuring the high quality standard of curing composite material products.


ryjsys_001-2.jpgSINOMAC Autoclave is a sealed pressure vessel which can be heated by a forced convection heating unit, where temperature, pressure and vacuum can be controlled effectively. By means of an advanced design, consisting of a forced convection fun and motor unit, output heating power system can be adjusted 0-100%,proportional control of the pressurization, cooling and exhaust components. It can obtain an uniform temperature and pressure according to the process curve. Temperature is check in heating, keeping, and cooling phase. The heating / cooling gradients can be set by operator. Pressure is adjusted in pressurization, keeping, release phase.

SINOMAC composite autoclave is controlled by our advanced Thermal Process Control System (TPC). This TPC software is developed on base of PLC which is exclusively used in composites curing. On the basis of the advantages of various control systems at home and abroad, SINOMAC team develops this very popular software. It has powerful database capabilities, including: batch database, part attached device database, process curve database, data acquisition database, etc. It can achieve user rights login, part sensor selection, batch statistics, curing curve setup, call, save, print, auto/manual switch, real time data monitoring, record, save, print, system condition monitoring, alarm, quality analysis, data report generation, sensor accuracy correction, etc.

Reliable Quick Opening Doors

With the help of computer design, we carry out the force analysis to the door structure. For the autoclave in small and medium size, we use the opening mode of transverse arm. It is a type of hydraulic drive. It can achieve fast and stable opening and closing. For the autoclave in big size, the door is supported by a special frame. The autoclave body does not bear any weight of door, so the body can not deform. When the door is pressed tightly to the body, we do not lock the door by rotating it. We use the hinge clamping ring to lock it. The hing clamping ring is driven hydraulically. By this design, the seal ring will not wear out and the opening and closing are convenient and smooth.

Unique Annular Air-duct Structure
SINOMAC composite autoclave adopts the annular air duct + bottom zone as the integral duct, this design can ensure the hot air flows to everywhere, to improve work efficiency; no dead-spots when the autoclave heated and cooled, making the temperature more uniform; it has a great influence on the quality improvement of parts, good temperature uniformity, ensure that the internal stress distribution of the part is uniform, and no stress concentration occurs.

Excellent Heating System
In SINOMAC composite autoclaves, the heaters normally are installed in the rear and in the air duct which is at the bottom. The one in the rear is the main heating system, which is consist of U-type heating components. It is at the front of the inlet of the centrifugal fan. So with the help of the fan, the heat can be exchanged sufficiently with circulation air. The one on the bottom is the auxiliary heating system, which is to replenish heat. It can avoid the  thermal stress damage due to nonuniform heat exchange, which is caused by hot air rising naturally.

Advantages of Air Guide Slot in the Rear
In SINOMAC composite autoclaves, we design a sieve type air guide slot in the rear. It can balance and strengthen the air flow, which goes into the work area from the rear. It is quite different from the traditional autoclave. It can make sure that there is no blind angle inside the autoclave. Almost 100% internal space can be used. And this design can obtain a very good temperature uniformity. It is the best choice for those parts which requires excellent temperature uniformity.

Seal Ring is Insulated by Ceramic Fiber Trough and is Cooled by a Special Cooling System
To make sure the seal ring can work for a long time, SINOMAC team designs a special cooling system for those autoclaves with working temperature above 200 oC. And there is a ceramic fiber insulation trough between the seal ring and internal hot air, which can make sure the seal ring works in below 150 oC. By this design, the working life of seal ring can be more than 10 years.

Unique Cooler Structure to Solve Thoroughly the Problem of Expansion and Contraction
In SINOMAC Composite Autoclave, the structure of coolers is U-type. One end is water inlet, the other is water outlet. The bending part can be freely retractable, so the expansion and contraction can not affect the cooler. The drawing break of welding seam can never happen due to the expansion and contraction.

Full Sealed Frequency Conversion Circulation Fan,No Air and Oil Leakage.
SINOMAC uses the water cooled high temperature frequency conversion motor to drive the fan. It is installed on the back of autoclave. It is a static sealing between the motor and the autoclave body. There is not any hidden troubles of oil and air leakage. With the help of computer system, the corresponding power and impeller are matched to meet required air flow and speed for different autoclaves. The working process of temperature, pressure and vacuum can totally meet the Boeing standard of D6-49327 and D38558-2, and Airbus standard of AP-3222-E.

Types of Heating Modes in SINOMAC Composite Autoclave
The standard heating mode is electric heating, especially for SINOMAC glass autoclave. The heating element is nickel chromium alloy heater. To meet different requirements in the market, we have other heating modes, it contains:
Infrared heating, steam heating, thermal oil heating and natural gas heating.

SINOMAC has full experience to design and make autoclaves with various dimensions among Ø500x1000mm and Ø4000x40000mm.


Integrated System Structure and Integrity Testing
SINOMAC offers complete pipeline system, including vacuum system, cooling system, air inlet and outlet system and other auxiliary devices. All of the ones are installed on a skid mounted platform. It is very easy and convenient install, maintain and start. All the systems are carried out a full testing before delivery. After users get the autoclave, we can install the test the autoclave again anytime on site.


Complete Auxiliary System
Without suitable auxiliary system to offer vacuum, pressure and cooling water, the autoclave is not complete at all. SINOMAC can offer full and complete auxiliary system, including cooling system, vacuum system, air-compressed system, part trolley and any other auxiliaries.
