Pressure System

During the working process, the autoclave needs to be pressurized in accordance with the set pressure curve; this requires a set of external pressure systems. SINOMAC provides many styles of autoclave pressure systems, such as the screw compressor system and the piston compressor system. For safety, some working process require compressed nitrogen, so SINOMAC can also provide compressed nitrogen system.

Compressed Air System

SINOMAC designs and constructs a special system, CRS (compression reduction system) or NRS (a nitrogen recovery system), which can reduce the overall compression cost by 30% . It is a proprietary multi container automation system for the recovery of the pressurized autoclave medium after a cycle. Each year, it can save customers tens of thousands of dollars

Compressed Nitrogen System

The cost of liquid nitrogen is very high, so nitrogen is needed as the working medium  in the autoclave. SINOMAC can design and provide the whole system, including compressors, cold dryers, filters, nitrogen making machines and gas tanks. This system can make and store all the nitrogen required for your autoclave production.
