The full set of circulating cooling system

When the autoclave is working, the products inside need to be cooled according to a certain cooling curve; this is usually done by the internal heat exchanger. So this working process requires a complete set of circulating cooling water systems. SINOMAC’s customers usually let us provide them with the entire cooling system, because we have better calculations, more reasonable configuration, and lower energy consumption.

Water tank

SIINOMAC can provide water tanks with different volumes according to different specifications of autoclaves. The material of water tanks are generally stainless steel, but some require fiberglass or PE material; some customers will build their own cisterns, but the water tanks are more economical, as well, easy to maintain.

Packaged pump & valves group control

We fabricate and assemble all the components into a packaged group,which is convenient to transport. This group system comes with pumps, valves, control panels, horizontal controls, and optional conductivity controls.

Cooling tower or cooling assembly unit

In order to get a good cooling rate, SINOMAC can provide customers a suitable cooling tower or cooling assembly unit.

Integrated water cooling system

If customers have multiple autoclaves and want to use a separate cooling system, here SINOMAC can design and provide an integrated water cooling system with high cooling efficiency.

Treatment of water quality problems

Due to poor water quality, the efficiency of the heat exchanger in the autoclave will gradually decline and may even have a fault. SINOMAC can analyze your current cooling system and provide a variety of options, including an automatic scale removal system, water treatment equipment and cleaning equipment.
